Use our campus map to get familiar with the layout of camp. You will find key locations including drop off and pick up areas, program and activity spaces, dining areas, and health and administrative offices. Everything is clearly marked to help you navigate with confidence.
Future Stars offers safe pick-up and drop-off for campers in Westchester, Greenwich, and most of Manhattan. All buses are air-conditioned and clearly labeled with Future Stars insignia, ensuring easy identification.
With certified drivers and caring camp counselors on every bus, your child will travel safely and arrive excited for their day.
Local Transportation:
Pick-up times vary between 8:15 am and 8:45 am.
Drop-off times vary between 4:15 pm and 5:00 pm.
NYC Transportation:
Pick-up times vary between 7:30 am and 8:00 am
(all buses should leave the city by 8:00 am).

Future Stars Old Westbury partners with a leading transportation company to offer the highest level of safety and service for camp families who would like to add the optional bus transportation.
Door-to-Door Bus Transportation is available for a fixed rate of $250 per week per camper from the following zip-codes:

Transportation must be added NO LATER than ten (10) days prior to the start of a camp session.
Future Stars summer sessions are weekly, so as the enrollment changes week-to-week, the bus routes may/will also change week-to-week. Availability is dependent on your location and enrollment.
All vehicles used for Future Stars summer routes are small, air-conditioned school buses with seat belts available for all passengers.
All drivers are qualified and experienced professionals, exceeding all requirements pursuant to NY State Law and guidelines.
Families who add the transportation option will receive more details and pertinent information from the camp office before and during the summer camp season.

Future Stars ensures a smooth and secure process for arrival and departure. There's a designated morning drop-off window (typically 8:45-9:00 AM) and afternoon pick-up (3:45-4:00 PM), with staff on hand for supervision and assistance. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are available for a fee.
For families in eligible areas, door-to-door transportation is offered. Exact bus times are communicated weekly.
OPTION 1: Campers bring their own nut-free, packed lunch in a small cooler type bag
OPTION 2: Join our weekly camp lunch program for an additional charge of $75 per week. Campers eat a delicious and well-balanced lunch in the campus center cafeteria
Campers will eat lunch daily in the air-conditioned campus center:
Campers who add the 'lunch program' will eat in the cafeteria.
Campers who bring their own lunch will eat in the atrium located adjacent to the cafeteria.
All campers will have staff supervision regardless of lunch location.
Lunch menus are planned for variety, taste, and nutrition so our campers can relax and enjoy themselves while preparing for their afternoon activities. Campers who add the lunch program will have daily choices from the following lunch stations:
Daily Entree: Varied Weekly Menu
Grill Station: Nuggets/Burgers/Hot-Dogs
Pizza Station: Freshly Prepared Pies
Sandwich Bar: Deli Style Meats & Sides
Salad Bar: Fresh Greens, Sides & Dressings
Beverage Station: Sports Drinks, Flavored Water, Iced Water.
Dessert Station: Cookies, Ice-Cream, Watermelon
Chartwell is the year-round food service provider for SUNY Old Westbury. Their professional staff works full-time and is dedicated to culinary delights and food safety. More details about Chartwells Dining Services can be found online here.
Chartwell and Future Stars Old Westbury are both highly "nut aware." Special dietary needs and food allergies can be addressed, accommodated, and carefully monitored.

Future Stars Camps operate rain or shine! If rain or thunderstorms occur, SUNY Old Westbury has indoor facilities so campers can continue building their skills and having fun until the weather clears.
All Future Stars programs run from 9am to 4pm, with morning drop-off starting at 8:45am and afternoon pick-up beginning at 3:45pm.
We offer two extended day options for campers, providing supervised activities both before and after regular camp hours. Families can enroll in Early Drop-Off at 8am for an additional $50 per week. They can also add Late Pick-Up at 5:30pm for an additional $75 per week.
